WHO WE ARE

A Trusted Interlining Manufacturer Brand in Market Since 1996

We are a more than 30-years old business conglomerate, commencing operation in 1984, under the self-driven steersman Mr. Mohd. Mozharul Hoq Mansoor, with glass importing and trading business. With the elapse of time we spread our activities over a diversified portfolio. Our product mix currently consists of garment interlinings, specialized textiles, terry towels, hi-tech glass printing, kitchen and sanitary kits.

The Group is proud to have launched R. M. Interlinings Ltd., the country’s first woven and non-woven garment interlining manufacturer, in 1996 in Export Processing Zone, Chittagong. This was the Group’s first manufacturing enterprise. To serve the gradually growing market of this concern, the Group has acquired a specialized textile factory in 2015, named Taiwan Bangla Specialized Textiles Ltd.

M. in 1996, we have been maintaining the above reality and achieving the desired levels of success in every passing year and giving ceaseless effort to offer a wide range of new products with latest inventions, developed through pooling of the skills of both foreign and local specialists.

After over a decade of progression, R. M. is recommended by world’s large apparels for its high-quality products. In fact, we are the only vertically integrated manufacturer, with all of our manufacturing facilities. To cope with the growing demand, R. M. has taken various steps to expand vertically and horizontally.

The genesis of the “know-how” is backed up by ERBA Textile Management GmbH of Germany and Nantong Hymo, a Sino-Japan joint venture company, to produce world-class interlining, certified by Oeko-Tex Standard 100.

To uphold this standard, in spite of other machines, R. M. has installed the world’s best brand new coating machine from Cavitec, Switzerland; and other finishing process machinery from Brückner, Germany and Vald. Henriksen, Denmark and other Chinese brands with a blend of first-rate raw materials and competence of qualified professionals in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015.

In 2004, we acquired the renowned terry towel factory at CEPZ, Al-Salam Fabrics (Pvt.) Ltd. With its exceedingly good quality towels, Al-Salam has emerged as a leading terry towel exporter in Bangladesh. Its ample towel series helps you to pick up your intended grade, color, specification and utility. The excellent response from Al-Salam’s clients over the years has made us acquire another unit of it, NASCO Textiles Ltd., in 2015 at Karnaphuli EPZ.
